Returns & Refund Policy

Return Policy

We accept returns for items that are damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong product. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at sakhi.setu.gov.rseti@gmail.com with your order ID and photos of the damaged/incorrect product.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team.
